Returns and Guarantees
Athensia offers a 100% Iron-Clad 30-Day Guarantee and allows returns for any reason within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. This allows you time to consider your purchase. Also, you can exchange your jewelry for another item, or another ring size.

Rings returned for resizing must be returned for resizing within 30 days. Resizing after 30 days is subject to Athensia's standard sizing costs.

On all returns, Athensia will refund money to the customer using the original payment method used by the customer.

To qualify for a return, your return must meet the following criteria:

• Item(s) must be in original, unworn, like-new condition (the same condition as the piece was delivered). If it is determined by Athensia that the piece is damaged or has been altered by the customer, Athensia will not issue a refund, but instead either provide an estimate for repair, or return the item to the customer in its current condition.
• Item(s) may not have any engraving.
• Item(s) must be returned with all original internal packaging, also in original condition.
• If an item was shipped with addtitional optional components or gifts, those must be returned as well.
• If item was delivered with a certification, then this must also be returned in original condition. Lost certifications carry a $200 replacement fee.

All items must meet the above criteria to be accepted for return.

All items returned should be insured to their full value by the shipping company, and Athensia is not responsbile for a return until it reaches us.
