Availability of our Products
Athensia is able to offer exquisite pieces at affordable
prices because our business model is different. Many
of our items are either made on demand or shipped
directly from our manufacturers, saving us the cost
of maintaining large volumes of inventory. The savings
are passed on to you.
Order
Processing Time
Each item has an Order Processing Time noted in its
description. This is the time it takes to prepare
and package the item before it is shipped.
4PM
ET Cutoff
Orders must be placed before 4PM Eastern Time to
process the same day. Orders placed after 4PM Eastern
Time will begin processing the following business
day.
Shipping
Method
Free FedEx 2Day shipping is standard for all orders.
Overnight shipping can be selected at additional
cost during checkout. The shipping method you choose
during checkout will be used when Order Processing
is complete.
Order Delivery Date
To calculate the day your package will be delivered,
add the item’s Order Processing Time to the
shipping method you choose. Saturdays, Sundays,
and Holidays are not included in the Order Processing
Time or the shipping transit time. Add additional
time for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Order Delays
In rare cases, items may be out of stock or require
additional processing time for sizing and preparation.
If your order is delayed for any reason, you will
be notified within 1 business day and given the
option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Signature Required
All orders valued over $500 will require an adult
signature at time of delivery. If an adult signature
cannot be obtained at the shipping address, in most
cases the package will be held at the shipping carrier's
nearest customer center for pick up. Identification
will be required for pick up.

Shipping
To prevent mail theft, all Athensia products are
shipped in nondescript, plain boxes without our
name on the outside. This is also helpful if your
package is arriving to a home shared with the person
receiving the item as a gift.
