We are a provider of products sold over the Internet.
Athensia is a registered corporation in the State
of Colorado, USA.
Accuracy
We make every attempt to maintain website accuracy,
and while rare, human errors can happen from time
to time. We cannot honor inaccurate or erroneous price
listings, products which are incorrectly listed, or
products which are presented with incorrect images
or descriptions.
Please note that due to a high
order volume, an item may become out of stock before
we remove it from our offering. If this happens on
a piece you order, we will notify you by phone or
email.
Pricing
We strive to provide the most competitive pricing
in the industry. As diamonds, metals, and other materials
related to jewelry can change in price as the market
fluctuates, we may follow this trend and adjust prices
accordingly and periodically.
On very rare occasions, a purchase may be made during
or prior to this price adjustment. In such cases,
Athensia reserves the right to notify you on a piece
you have purchased but which has not yet been shipped
to inform you that the price has changed since you
made your purchase. You have the right to cancel your
order completely with no penalty or charges, continue
with your order at its current price, or substitute
a different piece matching the price of the original
piece.
Use of Coupons, Sales, or Discounts
Athensia may periodically offer coupons, sales, or
discounts on items to new and existing customers.
On certain occasions, you may become aware of these
after you have already received your purchase. If
you believe you may benefit from a coupon, sale, or
discount after you have made a purchase, simply contact
Athensia to discuss your options.
Images of Products used on Website
We strive to present the most accurate image representations
of products we sell on our website. In some cases,
pieces with diamonds or gems are pictured with a generic
or average sized-gem(s). As the customer, you may
choose to purchase larger or smaller stones/gems for
your piece, in which case the real size would differ
from the images on the website.
Your monitor settings may impact the color, brightness,
or hue of certain pieces, and as such, final delivered
products may vary slightly in color or hue from pictures
on the website.
Due to variances in photography, certain pieces of
certain sizes may not be to scale when compared to
another piece. As lighting and setting may have been
different during photography, two pieces of identical
color may look slightly different onscreen. The textual
description of an individual piece should be considered
the defining factor.
Gem and Metal Weights
Athensia strives to assure that gem and metal weights
are presented as precisely and accurately to the best
of our knowledge. Within the industry, however, scales
can be calibrated to slightly different tolerances,
and as such, actual weight may also vary by very fine
amounts. The variances, if any, could be equally higher
or lower.
Note that ring metal weights are based upon an average
ring size. Smaller or larger sizes may increase or
decrease noted approximate metal weight.
On rare occasions, certain items like smaller accent
gems are pre-set in jewelry by the manufacturer who
only provides dimensions for each gem without carat
weights. In such cases, Athensia estimates their weights
using proven and industry-standard methods.
Larger gems like diamonds are typically provided with
a laboratory certification like those from GIA
or EGL.
In these cases, there is no more precise method of
determining carat weight and qualities, and as such,
values presented can be considered to be extremely
accurate.

to the fullest extend of the law, starting with contact
from the police department local to their area.
All shipped Athensia products have been insured, certified,
appraised, valued, and/or photographed by either qualified
and/or officially licensed gemologists/appraisers
who hold valid proof of items shipped. Any attempt
by any person to return an altered, incorrect, or
different piece than what was originally shipped shall
be considered to be attempting fraud.
Presentation for Sale of Similar or Trademarked Designs
Athensia will never knowingly offer for sale or use
images on the website designs trademarked by third
parties unless permission for use has been given.
Designs offered on the Athensia website are presented
to Athensia by vendors obligated to Athensia to provide
only pieces from their exclusive lines, that they
own the rights to the design, and/or that they do
not hove outstanding exclusivity agreements with another

By ordering products, using this website, applying
for or using our services, or by applying for an account
profile, you acknowledge that you have read and agree
